Data Deletion Instructions

Important: AI Find Car respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
What Data We Store
AI Find Car stores minimal data about you:
- Facebook Login Information: Your name, email, and Facebook user ID
- Access Token: Used to retrieve Marketplace listings (automatically expires)
- Local Data: Most of your data (vehicle listings, preferences) is stored only on your device
How to Delete Your Data
Option 1: Disconnect from Facebook
Revoking Facebook access will automatically prevent us from accessing any of your Facebook data:
- Go to your Facebook Apps and Websites Settings
- Find "AI Find Car" in the list
- Click "Remove"
- Confirm the removal
Option 2: Delete Account in the App
You can delete your account directly from the AI Find Car application:
- Open AI Find Car desktop app
- Go to Settings
- Click "Account Settings"
- Click "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion
Option 3: Email Data Deletion Request
Send an email to us with your deletion request:
- To: privacy@aifindcar.com
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Include: Your email address and/or Facebook user ID
We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email.
What Happens After Deletion
Once you request data deletion:
- ✅ All your personal information is removed from our servers within 30 days
- ✅ Your access tokens are immediately invalidated
- ✅ You will no longer be able to log in to AI Find Car with your Facebook account
- ✅ Local data on your device remains until you uninstall the app
Note: We do not store vehicle listings data permanently on our servers. Most data is stored locally on your device and is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.
Data Retention
We retain minimal data for the following purposes:
- Active Users: Data retained while your account is active
- After Deletion Request: Deleted within 30 days
- Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained longer if required by law
- Anonymized Data: We may retain anonymized usage statistics that cannot identify you

Your Rights
Under data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you have the right to:
- Request a copy of your data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to data processing
- Withdraw consent at any time
